Day 1
Following our pick-ups this morning, we will travel to Belfast to check-in for the 07:30hrs Stena crossing to Cairnryan. We’ll travel along the Ayrshire coast making comfort & lunch stops en-route depending on the flow of traffic and weather conditions. Refreshed and ready to continue our journey we can sit back and enjoy the magnificent scenery as we move further North toward Inverness. Our expected time of arrival at the Palace Hotel is approximately 18:00hrs where a warm Scottish welcome awaits us. Time to settle in before our first evening meal together.
Day 2
Today we will have a scenic tour where we can sit back and enjoy the unique Scottish landscapes. We will travel along the A82, down the shores of Loch Ness, before turning off to travel through Glenmoriston, and on to Eilean Donan Castle. We’ll have a short break here with photo opportunities as this is surely one of Scotland’s most Scenic Castles. From here we’ll travel on towards Kyle of Lochalsh - the land of castles, hills and lochs, and the gateway to & from the Isle of Skye. We'll make a further stop here to stretch our legs and savour the scenery.
Day 3
No tour to Scotland would be complete without an opportunity to peer into the dark, mysterious waters of Loch Ness, home to 'Nessie'. Loch Ness is an iconic symbol of Scotland and visitors love to return home with stories of how they saw the ripples and almost saw the 'monster'. Today we will have a gentle circular scenic tour with photo opportunities, stopping at Loch Ness Visitors Centre and Fort Augustus.
Day 4
Free Day - time to explore our host city of Inverness!
Day 5
Time to say our good-byes and begin the journey home. We will make comfort stops and have a lunch time break as we travel south towards Cairnryan, where we will check-in for our 19:30hrs Stena Line ferry crossing back to Belfast.
NB
Your driver will confirm/amend departure times as necessary for the duration of the tour.
