We'll continue our journey south towards Cheshire making further comfort stops at service areas. Our estimated time of arrival at our hotel is 18:00hrs giving us time to settle in before dinner. Day 2:
Depart Hotel 10:00hrs
This morning we leave our hotel for a day in Liverpool. We will drop off at Royal Albert Dock, a stone’s throw away from the city centre with shops galore, museumes and galleries. The Liverpool Christmas Markets should also be in full swing. Held in the St George’s Hall and surrounding area, this is well worth a visit. We will return to our hotel in good time for dinner and evening entertainment.
Day 3:
Depart Hotel 10:00hrs
Our excursion today will take us to the lovely ancient city of Chester. It is surrounded by the most complete Roman walls in the country, is home to the oldest racecourse and don’t forget the 700 year old unique two-tiered shopping rows in Eastgate Street. Please be sure to wear comfortable footware for your free time to enjoy all the city offers. And why not visit Cheshire's Designer outlet, Cheshire Oaks. Christmas is coming after all!
Day 4:
Depart Hotel 10:00hrs
It's time to say our fond farewells as we begin the journey home. We'll travel west across on the M56
through North Wales and make a comfort stop at James Pringle Weavers of Llanfairpwllgwyngyll. We must then continue our journey toward the port of Holyhead. We'll be checking in for the 15:15hrs ferry across to Dublin (3.25 hrs.) Duty Free available on board. From Dublin we will travel North making a short comfort stop at the Applegreen Services (euros).
